Every Tuathal bag is handmade to order so please allow 10 days for production before your order is dispatched. When your order has been shipped, you'll get an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Ireland & UK

  • Standard: Free (estimated 3-5 working days)
  • Express: £5.99 (estimated 2 working days)

EU

  • Standard: £9.99 (estimated 5-8 working days)

Rest of the world

  • Standard: £15.99 (estimated 5-8 working days)

Additional Information

Orders outside the UK may be charged customs or import duties when they arrive. These are set by the destination country, are paid by the recipient, and are outside our control. Any customs charges or import duties are payable by the customer and are not the responsibility of Tuathal. It's worth checking with your local customs office before you place an order.

Tuathal will not be responsible if an order is lost because of an incorrect address at checkout, or if a parcel isn't collected from your local Post Office before the deadline shown in your Royal Mail tracking.

Refunds & Returns


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Packing your return

Please pack your return carefully so it isn't damaged in transit. We recommend a tracked, insured service. Tuathal is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Return postage

For Ireland & UK returns, we cover the cost of return postage. For returns from outside Ireland & UK, return postage is paid by the customer.

International returns

If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'Returned Goods', and ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes from being applied. Tuathal is not responsible for any return customs charges made.

Natural variation

Linen is a natural fibre and each bag is handmade. Slight variations in weave, texture, and size are part of the fabric and the making, and aren't classed as faults and we cannot accept returns for any of these reasons.
