When will I get my order?
As each bag is made to order, please allow 10 days for your order to be shipped. Once it's on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times after that vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are designed and manufactured in County Armagh, on the island of Ireland.

What materials are the bags made from?
All of our bags are made from 100% Irish Linen, with lining made from 100% cotton.
How do I wash my bag?
To keep your tote bag looking its best, we recommend washing on a low heat machine wash. Do not tumble dry. The bag can be ironed on normal heat setting.
How do I choose or customise my bag?
You can either choose from our pre-designed colour combinations or create your own custom tote bag.
To order one of our listed designs, simply add your chosen colour combination to your cart and proceed to checkout.
If you would prefer to customise your bag, select the custom option from our homepage or Shop All page. You can then choose both the colour of your tote bag and the strap colour to create your own combination. We currently offer 12 colours to mix and match from.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tuathal.co.uk. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t already been shipped.
